• Your rental will be delivered by post or will be available for collection from our location 1-3 days before your event. Wear the rental to your special occasion and feel absolutely fabulous!

• You will return the dress to our drop-off location the day after your event, or simply post it back the following business day. No need to worry about cleaning!
• Book For your DATE of your event we have week days block out cause  this is change over time we email us if u have any questions

Cancellations & Refunds

If you choose to cancel your booking, HBRents may issue a store credit at its discretion.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizing or fit

• Choosing not to wear the garment

• Courier delays after dispatch

• Event cancellations outside of our control

Sizing

Sizing differs between designers and brands.

Measurements and sizing advice are provided as a guide only and cannot guarantee a perfect fit.

No refunds or credits will be issued if a garment does not fit or is not worn.

Garment Care

To protect our garments, renters agree to:

• Avoid fake tan transferring onto garments.

• Avoid smoking while wearing garments.

• Avoid permanent makeup, oils, or products that may stain.

• Keep garments away from rough surfaces and sharp jewellery.

• Never wash or dry clean the garment.
