If you have any concerns about the condition of a specific garment, please feel free to inquire before renting it, and we will provide you with detailed information to help you make an informed decision.
Respect
When renting a garment from us, it is intended for your personal use only. Wearing the garment without prior payment or agreement to the terms is strictly prohibited. To avoid any issues, please ensure that you are the one wearing the rented garment.
However, if you wish to have someone else wear the garment, please request permission in advance, and as long as the rental price is paid and all terms and conditions are adhered to, we can consider accommodating such requests.
Care
We kindly request that you refrain from washing the garments yourself, as we will handle the cleaning process. However, if the garment is a ball gown and you have marked or stained it, please bring it to our attention, and we will advise you to take it to a professional dry cleaning service. This ensures that the garment receives the appropriate care and maintains its quality.
