In the event that you fail to return the rented dress by the specified return date and have not obtained prior approval for an extension, the Company reserves the right to initiate legal action and file a police claim for theft or loss of property. If a police claim is filed, you may be held liable for the full retail value of the dress, as well as any additional costs, such as legal fees or recovery expenses.
